The Middle Garden is totally sheltered and therefore an easy dive site, suitable for beginners and for experienced divers. The site is located between the Near and the Far Garden, just opposite the Hyatt Regency Resort. Divers will find a big sandy plateau in 10 meters. Descend to a maximum depth of 20 meters, where you will see the drop-off. In the shallow part you will see many small caves and gullies swarming with all kind of marine life. Remarkable is the density of the Tridacna giant clam in this area. During the summer you may see manta rays, eagle rays and even whale sharks.
